DCR Receiving Bids to Mow The Department of Conservation and Recreation, Division of Water Supply Protection is requesting bids to mow and/or hay certain fields on the Wachusett Reservoir watershed. These fields will be shown to prospective bidders on Thursday, March 01, 2012 by the DCR’s Forester or Agent. The last day for receiving bids will be on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, closing time being 2:00 P.M. on that date, in the Regional Director's Office, Administration Building, 180 Beaman Street, West Boylston, MA 01583. Field Group No.1- 2 fields-36 acres in the towns of Holden and West Boylston. Field Group No.2- 8 fields-51 acres in the town of Sterling. Field Group No.3- 7 fields- 65 acres in the town of Sterling. Field Group No.4- 8 fields- 65 acres in the towns of Sterling and West Boylston. Field Group No.5- 2 fields- 7 acres in the town of Princeton. Permits may be granted to mow various other fields on a case-by-case basis. These fields are located in Sterling, Holden and West Boylston.
